The Imperium Romanum (also known as Roman Empire, or Rome) is a nation situated in Mid-Western Europe. It was founded on July 2nd, 2021, after the then Roman High Council seceded from the Teutonic following earlier conflicts during the SCA war , making Konigsberg its Capital City. The Empire is led by Imperator CosmicKingSimp, alongside the Roman High Council.
History[]
Before CCNet (2013-October 2020)[]
The Imperium Romanum as a Nation and Community existed way before their entry into CCNet, maining in other Geopolitical Servers with similar, if not inferior to CCNet. The earliest leader for the Imperium Romanum was CommanderAsher. In October 2020, after a devastating war with their archnemesis Valyria , which lead to the fall of the old Roman Capital, the Imperator & his High Council decided to pack up & move to CCNet.
Early CCNet era (March 2021 - June 2021)[]
Around March 26th 2021, CosmicKingSimp and the remaining leaders of Rome arrived in CCNet, a mere week after the launch of Nations 2. The following morning, on the 27th March, the capital city Konigsberg was founded. Soon after this, CosmicKingSimp decided to join the Teutonic Order, headed by MrTurtleGamer. During this time, called the 1st Rebuilding era, many inactive Romans from older servers joined and reunited with Cosmic. However, this short period of peace ends following Rome's involvement in the SCA War, which lasted for months.
During this period, many great inventions and technologies were implemented, such as Taco Tanks and Zeppelin Weaponry, but miscommunication and mutual mistrusts caused a lot of discontent from the Roman populations against the Teutonic Leaders.
The Battle of Kiev & The Founding of Imperium Romanum on CCNet (July 2nd 2021)[]
Tensions rose between Roman Leaders and Teutonic Leaders such as MrTurtleGamer and zzTitan. There are many reasons for this tension, namely the Teutonic Order's consistent support for factions that are hostile to Rome such as Wucrew and his pirates. MrTurtleGamer showed little to no interest in helping Rome against pirate raids, citing "potential allies". During the SCA wars, MrTurtleGamer allied to the nation of Cuba despite Cuba's persistent hostilities against Rome.
All reasons above, on the 2nd of July 2021, CosmicKingSimp alongside the people of Konigsberg, Solitute and Warsaw left to form the Holy Roman Empire. Following this perceived traitorous action, the Teutonic Order declared war on the rebels and proceeded to siege Warsaw. Despite fighting valiantly, due to Warsaw's under preparations, as well as the new young nation having no allies, HRE lost the siege and was placed under occupation by the Teutonic Order.
The Revolt happened 2 weeks later, this time, Rome was allied to the SCA, who were previously against them. This alongside Warsaw now being more prepared than ever eventually lead to the liberation of Rome from Teutonic rule, ending the occupation. During the next few months, as Rome gradually starts rebuilding again, it made itself an enemy of the Nordic Empire, Teutonic Order's new allies, and the months after that are fought with blood and tears as the two neighboring nations bickers back and forth, each time Rome grows more and more stable and better than ever.
The Coalition Wars (Dec 2021 - July 2022)[]
Starting from here, the wars between the Coalition & Nordic Empire with her allies happens almost consistently, with every siege the Imperium Romanum gradually got better at sieging. Losses slowly turned into Victory. However, close to Christmas day 2021, the Imperium Romanum fell into vassalage of the Nordic Empire. This continued on for almost 2 months, causing Rome much damage infrastructurally & developmentally.
Post Christmas Truce, Rome manages to be freed itself from Nordic Rule, but was still relatively weak. However, around June-July 2022, peace talks began to happen with the Nordic Empire, starting with the people of the town of Celle, headed by Nordic Nobility JerryDuck as Rome found its allies, The Thracian Dominion, more and more obnoxious & demanding. Before this there were many attempts at Peace, which all ended in disasters & greatly divided the Roman-Nordic People. Around August, Rome officially signed the Neutral Pact with the Nordic Empire, ending its War with its Neighbor. This, however, did not sit well with the Leaders of Thracian Dominion, who accused Rome of betraying them & the Coalition, and so launched an invasion at the Fort of Ordenstaat Livland, kick starting the Livland Wars.
The Livland Wars ( August 2022 - February 2023)[]
The Livland Wars is a series of Wars fought between the Imperium Romanum, Nordic Empire & Thracian Dominion, Teutonic Order. While the First Invasion wave was pushed out with relative ease, it became apparent with subsequences Sieges that Rome & Nordic cannot fought the entire Coalition, and so Livland fell to the Coalition around August 2023 & Rome was subsequently vassalized once again by Thracia for a month.
Many other attempts was pulled to rid Rome of its overlords to no success, however around November 2022, with the Arrival of a brand new Face, JerryDuck. The Imperator gathered his people & started to devise up plans to fight back against the Coalition. This subsequently led to the 4th & 5th Livland Siege, of which Rome finally pushed back the Thracian Invaders and removed them out of Livland, finally securing independence for Rome.
After this, the Fort of Incindium was founded to ensure there would be no more total Vassalization in Rome.
The Following Months, the Imperator worked closely with his newly independent nation, reforming the nation & improving the administration with the help of High Capal JerryDuck. Gradually, Rome began to grow & development started happening. Other Nations began to take notice to Imperium Romanum as people started flocking into the Nation.
The Nordic Merge ( February 2023 )[]
Around February 2023, Vestfold, the Capital City of The Great Nordic Empire, fell to Coalition Forces. Following its liberation, the Nordic Nobility decided to merge their Empire into Rome. With the approval of both sides, the Nordic Empire merged into the Imperium Romanum, and its government dissolved. Overnight, the Imperium Romanum expanded its territory from just Central Europe to encompass the Entirety of Western Europe, excluding the British Isles.
Post-Merge Golden Age (March 2023 - June 2023)[]
Following the Merge, Rome experienced a Golden Age of activity where mass projects are completed, more people joining the Empire, and many reforms took place to ensure maximum efficiency within the Nation. Konigsberg began developing, as well as Poznan, Ephesus among other ex-Nordic Towns.
Militaristically, Rome gained many Movecrafters, PvPers, Grinders & Gunners. Diplomatically, with the Fall of Nordic, Rome took over as head of the Imperial Alliance, consisting of Sahara Syndicate, Russian Empire, Carb Empire, Oceanic Empire.
However, bad things were to come, with the PvP forces of Rome seceding to form their own Nation, Nordic Conquerors, and with increasing tensions between the Sahara Syndicate & Russian Empire, it was only a matter of time before the Collapse of the Imperial Alliance happens.
The Collapse of the Imperial Alliance (July 2023 - August 2023)[]
On the 9th July 2023, the Imperial Alliance collapsed as Roman Naval Forces, led by Norvd, attacked Russian Navy, led by Ryuuichi, this led the Russian Empire to abandon the Alliance and signed a peace treaty with the Japanese Empire, formally joining the Coalition. Following this, Kievan Rus, lead by AlphaDarky left the Alliance. Rome itself also stepped down from the Alliance and remains isolated for the next month.
During this time, Rome's fighting capabilities was called into question as most of its PVP forces had left to join the opposite side. However, Rome still remains stable internally, with minimal changes happening as its development projects are still going on.
The 4th Rebuilding (August 2023 - December 24th 2023)[]
In the next few months following the collapse Rome gradually found itself new allies, as it tries to navigate through the political landscapes. Attempts were made to the Kievan Rus & the Russian Empire, as well as the Sahara Syndicate for alliance. Whilst the first two were hesitant, the later promptly accepted Rome in their new Alliance.
Shortly after this, the Nordic Conquerors, headed by Alnh, decided to siege Rome to make them payback for stealing ships from Valhalla ports. Incindium & Livland was attacked. During this time, the United Kingdom, Sahara Syndicate & Rome worked together to push back on the Invaders. The powers demonstrated by Rome and its allies, and the subsequent victory demonstrated to her population that it still has a chance to win, and so Romans returned in droves, eager to rebuild and reform the Navy, and getting ready to defend the still weakened Rome against future raids.
Conflicts with the Sahara Syndicate soon arises, as leaders such as mcsamj, Z4nnity were using their strength to bully and force Rome into unfavorable deals. Many threats were thrown at each other, and Romans leadership became more and more discontent as the Sahara Syndicate expanded into Rome's territory, stealing all resources and recruits, and spending large number of moneys to bribe Romans into doing work for them. All of this came crashing down when near Christmas Day 2023, the staff of CCNet discovered that for the past year or so, Sahara Syndicate has been duping gold for money, laundering millions of dollars into the economy. During the breakdown, due to panic, Z4nnity promptly disbanded the entire Sahara Syndicate, and all Saharan Leaders got banned. Rome found itself now the leader of the Alliance, whether they want to or not, and Coalition, ever so hungry for more land and money, is now looking to attack the vulnerable nation once more.
The Strike Back (December 2023- March 25th 2023)[]
Rome was sieged by High Almain, a puppet state of the Nordic Conqueror following the end of the Peace Months. BlueMagician, then leader of the puppet nation, exploited the server's unpeaceful mechanics to set up a brewing place. Despite this cheat, Rome merely won against them, but lost by 4000 points in the end. That however, caused more Romans to become even more inspired to fight against the coalition, and Rome's activity soon soar after this.

The Thracians Dominion tried to siege Livland one more time to prove their superiority following this, but was subsequently beaten out, this was the start of their declining fighting capacity however, as soon Rome & Allies set out to prove to them what they can do, given the chance to strike back.
After weeks of planning, on March 23rd 2023, a 3-pronged offensive attack, headed by Gqldn was launched in Coaltion territories. The Old Fort of Envy, owned by the Kievan Rus was attacked, so was the Fort of Kremlin, owned by Thracia, and Fort Mirage, owned by Siberium Federation. The Attack struck hard on Coalition forces, as they has not suspected a full-on offensive. Kremlin fell first to Rome, followed by Envy and finally Mirage. Victory were announced all over Rome & Alliances, and news of Coalition's fumbling spreaded across multiple news flatform as Thracia rushed to save face. Siberium Federation collapsed entirely, and after dragging itself out for another 2 months, was subsequently merged into the Thracian Dominion. Weeks after the victory, Envy was liberated and Kievan Rus died, merging into Thracia. Many members of Coalition, fed up by their leadership's incompetence, left to join Rome, and subsequently founded their own nation that is allied to Rome, weakening Coalition further.
Things took an even worse turn for Thracia & Coalition, as soon a new faction appeared in the New World, with their own plans and ambitions separated from Rome & Alliances, but against their own interests. The Phoenix Federation & its members played a key role in the next strike on Coalition.
Thracia on its last leg (April 2024- May 25th 2024)[]

Despite losing against Rome, and struggling to recover, the Thracian Dominion decided to pick a new target to bully, the newly formed Great Nasrid Empire, formed by the old ex-leaders of the Nordic Empire. Following persistent toxicity & hostilities, the Nasrid Empire decided to shake hands with Rome to teach Thracia a lesson. On May 23rd 2024, the Thracian Capital city Kremlin was attacked, followed by Korhal. Other Coalition forts were attacked as well. The Thracian Dominion, looking to save face, abandoned all of her allies and tried to focus on saving Korhal. But all of that effort was for naught as a combined GNE + Imperium Romanum forces proved too strong for them, and so after months of being cocky, suffered a humiliating defeat, crushing whatever morale's left. Even worse, after the battle, many Thracians were investigated and subsequently caught rulebreaking, many were banned, causing further disorganization within the Coalition.
Collapse of Rebel Alliance and the Antarchists Era (June 2024-July 2024)[]
In the middle of June 2024, United Asian Emirates would leave the alliance following the ban of aliitsme. Soon after, United Russian Kingdom player Pyzk, in a traitorous action, reported most of the URK’s leadership for racism and slurs. The remainders of the URK would merge into Rome and the collapse of the Rebel Alliance would soon happen. The remainder of the alliance, along with allies Empire of China and Canadian Dominion would sign onto the Antarchists Treaty.
Collapse of the TurtleGamer treaty & refounding of the Alliance (July 2024- December 2024)[]
Following disagreements and conflicts of interest among all parties involved in the Antarchists Treaty, Rome, along with other nations, withdrew from the agreement. This led to the collapse of the Elite Penguin Force's efforts to reshape the server's geopolitical landscape. The Elite Penguin Force briefly allied with Rome before later aligning with the Coalition.
Despite continuing to participate in sieges, Rome faced a decline in its fighting forces due to the departure of many of its own fighters and allied troops. However, internally, Rome remained relatively stable, maintaining various projects and productions.
The Republic Schism of January 2025 (Jan- February 2025)[]
Shortly after New Year 2025, during Imperator CosmicKingSimp's Christmas break, High Capal Contt accidentally amended the constitution of Rome, triggering a transition from an autocracy to a republic. As a result, Imperator CosmicKingSimp was vetoed out of office. In the ensuing power vacuum, High Capal JerryDuck assumed leadership and was elected as the first President of the Republic of Rome.
Several constitutional amendments followed, including changes to voting rights for citizens. Additionally, the capital was relocated to Baghdad. During this period of instability, Königsberg lost its status as both the capital and trade capital. The trade capital was temporarily moved to Barcelona for two weeks before an executive order restored it to Königsberg.
The Republic Schism concluded on February 1, 2025, when an election reinstated CosmicKingSimp as leader. Shortly thereafter, he initiated the process of re-amending the constitution to restore the autocracy.
Despite the political turmoil, most aspects of daily life in Rome remained unaffected. However, trade, particularly in Königsberg and its surrounding areas, suffered significant disruptions during the two weeks following the election.
Now & Beyond[]
As it stands, Rome remains strong, its people contented, and business is booming. Training activities happen regularly as Rome trains itself to be better at sieges. Will Rome remains on til the end? Time will tell.
Geography & Resources[]
Rome's territory stretches across western Europe. The Furthest Territory West of which is Port Florence, and the Furthest East of which is Baghdad & Kuwait. Its Terrain ranges from Snowy Mountains bypasses to Flowered Forests of Europe, to the Sandy terrain of North Africa. The population mostly concentrated in the Flowery Forests of Mid-western Europe, around the Central Metropolitan Area, with some scattering all along the Western Coast of Europe. On 06/05/2024, it has 71 cities.
As of 12/16/2024, it has 100 towns, 135 active residents in the total of 411 residents.
As of 02/04/2024, Rome's territory extended to the far areas of Central Africa, with Wanraq as the fort in situ.
