Celle is a town located in the Northern Germany. It is part of the former Greater Nordic Empire, now a part of the Imperium Romanum. Celle is a peaceful town built in the Victorian & Edwardian styles. The town specializes in producing Slimefun materials to sell and trade, and provides a center for trading throughout Europe. The town also produces 192 raw iron, 64 coal and 24 ender pearls, 32 Honeycombs daily.
Founding of Celle[]
The predecessor of Celle is the town of Luminus, located in Eastern Australia, home of the Oceanic Empire. In early September 2021, after a consistent decline in activity in the Oceanic Empire, some members of the nation moved to Europe to start anew. Many members of Luminus joined the expedition and one of them, Daynxii, founded Celle on September 5th, 2021. Soon after, Celle joined the nation of Belkan Empire, which had just begun in Jena.
Celle was originally set to be just another shipyard; however, the people of Celle had different ideas. Construction began immediately on Day 1 of the town's founding, with the Hotel Grand Celle being the first building to be built, acting as the town's storage & refuge. Constructions of other buildings and docks started soon after.
The Germania Siege & The Great Nordic Merge[]
A month or so after Celle's founding, the leaders of the Belkan Empire declared war on the nation of Imperium Romanum by sieging their town of Germania. During this siege, some Celle members participated in the fighting, and though many died from both the Belkan and its allies, the Nordic Empire and the Italian Empire, the siege was successful. However, the siege brought about the end of the Belkan Empire, as the then-leader Taziaq & TheBlueMagician declared Europe to be too chaotic for enjoyment, and a vote to merge the Belkan Empire with the Nordic Empire was put forth for consideration.
And so a referendum was made, with the results largely favoring the Belkan Empire merging with the Nordic Empire. On November 11th 2021, The Belkan Empire, alongside the Italian Empire and the Republic of Pyrene, united under one Nordic Banner, creating the Great Nordic Empire, bring Celle into its fold.

Post-merge Growth[]
After the Great Merge, Celle worked hard to befriend & cooperate with members of the Great Nordic Empire, starting by integrating itself in the nation's trade network as well as providing adequate support for sieges in the Empire. Members of the town also engaged with politics within the nation and voiced their own opinion on political matters. One member, JerryDuck, held 2 consecutive terms as the Minister of Economic Development. The other, Liciea, provided Slimefun materials as well as stimulating the economy within the Nordic Empire.
It is also around this time that Celle grew architecturally & industrially. With the help of former Dreadmoor mayor KuriyamaSai, the town was finally reorganized and planned out into 4 different municipalities, each with its own purposes & style of buildings.
On August 12, 2022, Celle became the first town to reach a total wealth of $1,000,000, cementing its status as the premier trading power on the server.
Fall of the Greater Nordic Empire & Integration into the Imperium Romanum[]
On the 19th February 2023, the Greater Nordic Empire dissolved and merged with the Imperium Romanum. As part of this Merger, Celle officially joined I.R on the 20th February. For the next few months, Celle suffered through inactivity but gradually regained its positions & is now a part of the bigger project lead by Rome Leadership.
Besides the project, Celle is actively helping in Rome's Nation Development by contributing its resources to the nation such as Iron, Coal, Enderpearls, SF materials and Sugarcanes.

Sub-districts of Celle[]
Before the current municipalities of Celle, Celle had 2 separates districts, that of Cellephone, founded by Daynxii and Cellulose, founded by Bajaj. Due to complications with permit issues as well as financial issues, the two sub-districts were disbanded and replaced by the West Celle & East Celle, which finally gave way to the current 4-Municipality system.
On June 10th, 2022, Greater Celle was founded by Fish08_ to act as a separate Dockyard a few hundred yards away from Celle proper. This sub-district was then merged with the town of Brussels a month later on July 8th, 2022.
Municipalities of Celle[]
There are currently 4 municipalities in Celle, each with its own purposes & style :
- Central Celle : the Main Part of town, with dockyards and office buildings as well as Slimefun grids.
- St. Alexandria (also known as West Celle): located on the west side of town, this area is mostly filled with bricks-and-mortars shops selling various kinds of items from foods to gravels to slimefun and runes
- Eastern Accretia (also known as East Celle) : located on the east side of town, this area is reserved mostly for nature and parks, as well as fancy buildings. The area includes a Library and a Greenhouse
- Southern Casablanca (also known as South Celle) : the new centre of town, this area is filled with tall and ornate buildings and apartments. It is also where the Cityhall are located.
As well as having 4 different municipalities, Celle also is connected to the rest of the Empire via the train lines, which run from the town to the capital city of Vestfold up North, down South and turn East to Cherbourg and Nantes. It also has an above-ground road system which connects it with its neighbors.
